NFX132268 J.Cupit on first six medals, last medal unnamed. The first five medals impressed, the sixth medal pantographed. The first five medals swing mounted, the sixth medal in case of issue, the Dutch medal loose for wear on left breast, extremely fine.

Together with matching set of swing mounted medals for first five medals, separate miniature for sixth medal; Medical Red Cross uniform patch.
