TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, The Government of Trinidad and Tobago, 2nd January 1939, specimen one dollar, 31C 00000, stamped at bottom front right 'SPECIMEN', written in ink across top front edge, 'Regn No. 9664/1 18/192. 30.9.38 262C', perforated 'CANCELLED' in bottom half (cf P.5b). With creases and folds, glue stain on left edge, very fine and scarce.
