SOMERSETSHIRE, Wiveliscombe, W. Temlett & J. Clarke's twopence, undated, (Davis 124) also penny, similar in every respect (Davis 125). Slight edge bump at 9 o'clock on obverse of the twopence, otherwise good very fine and attempted piercing in centre of reverse of the penny, attractive good very fine or nearly extremely fine, but rare. (2)

Ex W.J. Noble Collection, Sale 58B (lot 1895) previously the first from Spink in 1975, second from Baldwin in 1978.
