SOMERSETSHIRE, Taunton, Messrs Cox's Iron Foundry penny, undated, a workman at forge/legend (Davis 121); Wiveliscombe, W. Temlett & J. Clarke's penny, undated, female seated on beehive, cow behind/legend (Davis 125) (2). The first with some mint red, nearly uncirculated, the second toned good very fine but weakly struck towards part of edge, third good very fine and rare. (3)

Ex W.J. Noble Collection, Sale 58B (lot 1891) and previously the first ex P. Deane Collection, second ex G.C. Heyde Collection, lot 57, the third ex Spink Australia Sale (lot 5 part).
