GEORGE III, emergency issue, silver dollar (current for 4s 9d) octagonal countermark on Chile, Santiago eight reales 1799DA (S.3766; Santiago not listed). Probably a contemporary counterfeit countermark, faintly struck portrait punch, flan crack, very fine or better and rare.
