KING GEORGE V MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, for Mothers and Babies, 1947, in gilded bronze (64mm) by A.Meszaros (C.1947/1) minted by Pinches, London, unnamed; Newcastle Hospital, Blood For Life, 1948, in bronze (63mm) by A.Meszaros (C.1948/5), minted by Pinches, London (this variety not recorded in Carlisle), reverse inscribed, 'A.Bracken.' In specially made fitted case, spotty toning, otherwise uncirculated. (2)
