MARCUS AURELIUS, (A.D. 161-180), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 173, (2.54 g), obv. laureate head of Marcus Aurelius to right, around M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXVII, rev. around IMP VI COS III, Aequitas standing to left, holding scales and cornucopiae, (S.4903, BMC 562, RIC 252, RSC 257). Minor flan crack and surface pitting, otherwise good very fine.
