HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), silver denarius, issued 125-132, Rome mint, (3.42 g), obv. laureate bust to right of Hadrian draped and cuirassed, around HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P, rev. COS III around, Roma standing to right holding spear and parazonium, foot on helmet, (S.-, cf.RIC 337, RSC 355a). Very fine.
