RUSSIA, (USSR), First Numismatic Monument in Russia, undated (1993), in bronze (70mm), obverse, bust of Elizabeth I right, reverse, overlay of five coins and a numismatic logo, 1745 above, Russian text around. Extremely fine.

Elizabeth I decreed on 31 December 1741 that the public turn in coins of Ivan VI (the Terrible) and that anyone holding his coins after 1745 would be subject to punishment.
