MACEDON, Kingdom of, Philip II, (359-336 B.C.), AE 16, uncertain Macedonian mint, (5.61 g), probably life time issue c.345-336 B.C., obv. Apollo head to right with tainia, rev. naked youth on horse to right, above **FILOPPOU*, (cf.S.6696, SNG ANS 841). Dark green patina, good very fine, well centred, scarce as such.
