TIBERIUS, (A.D. 14-37), gold aureus, Lugdunum mint, issued after A.D. 16, (7.71 g), obv. laureate head of Tiberius to right, around TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVSTVS, rev. PONTIF MAXIM around, Livia seated to right, with inverted vertical spear and branch, (S.1760, RIC 29, BMC 48, C.15). Nearly very fine and very scarce.
