VITELLIUS, (A.D. 69), gold aureus, Rome mint, issued July - December 69, (7.26 gm), obv. A VITELLIVS GERM IMP AVG TRP, laureate head to right, rev. tripod-lebes surmounted by dolphin right, below a raven, around XV VIR SACR FAC, (S.2187, RIC 108, BMC 38, C.110). Struck on a full flan, lightly polished, otherwise nearly extremely fine and very rare.
