AUSTRALIA, U.S.Naval Officers' Club, Brisbane, WWII, chit book no.8456 for One Pound, void (written 30-7-44), includes two unused chits for one shilling, and for sixpence. Book very fine, chits uncirculated.

During WWII the US Navy established an officers' club at New Farm in Brisbane on the other side of New Farm Park from the submarine base. The buildings are now used by Riverside Receptions.
