Conveyance, between William Alexander Fettes and James Stewart McLagan Birrell both of South Melbourne of land in the Parish of South Galla, County of Bourke, dated 18th August 1886, with Victoria duty stamps affixed of £2, £1 (4), 25/- (2), 10/-, 5/- and 2/6. Stamps fiscally cancelled, document fine.
