Land Sale posters, c1880, advertising Purchase of Freehold Property at Sandhurst, by subscription, in 5000 shares of £1 each, illustrated with three of the five properties available, black print, together with two Sandhurst Freehold Property Company receipts being subscription for one share each, both dated 12th October 1880; Township of Lilydale, public auction of 64 allotments in the Mount View Estate, 24th April 1886, with map showing the allotments for sale. Second poster with torn edges, both with folds, some foxing, fine. (2)
