COLONY OF VICTORIA. Crown Lease of Land, of one hundred and seventy six acres two roods and twenty four perches in the county of Dundas, Parish of Toolka to William Forsyth, farmer, of South Hamilton, on vellum, signed and sealed by Governor Sir Charles Henry Darling, 17th June 1865. Very fine.
