TERRITORY OF NEW SOUTH WALES. Purchase of a Town Allotment by auction in the town of Broulee, County of St Vincent, by William Hindson and Henry Eldred Hindson, on vellum, signed and sealed by Governor Sir George Gipps, 31st March 1841. With folds and some foxing on bottom edge, good very fine.
