ELIZABETH I, paper indenture for transfer of money between M.Forster of Lancashire and Robert Dalton, signed with an X, with wax seal and witness signatures; George II, paper indenture recording a loan of one hundred and sixty pounds between Robert Dalton of Thurnham Hall Lancaster, John Walmsley of Park Hall, Elizabeth Bateman and Agnes Bateman of Lancaster, dated 10th March 1749, with signatures, wax seal removed. Both very fine, the first scarce.
