P. ACCOLEIUS LARISCOLUS, (43 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.85 grams), obv. Acca Larentia bust to right, P. ACCOLEI[VS] [LA]RISCOLVS around, rev. three statues of the Nymphae Querquetulanae standing facing supporting beam on which are five trees, (S.484, Cr.486/1, Syd.1148, RSC Accoleia 1). Attractively toned with gold and blue highlights, nearly extremely fine and very scarce.
