PALESTINE, Roman Procurator of Judaea, Pontius Pilate (3), under Tiberius, (A.D. 26-36), copper prutah, obv. lituus surrounded by Greek inscription, rev. date within wreath probably (2.24 grams) years 17 (1), another (1.68 grams), clear year 17, = A.D.30-31), another (1.73 grams) year 16 = A.D. 29-30, obv. three ears of barley, rev. libation ladle, (S.5622, 5623, H.648-650 [113-5], AJC II Supplement V, No.21-24, Meshorer 229-231). All with dirt patina, otherwise very good - fine. (3)
