DEATH OF ADMIRAL TROMP, 1653, in bronze (69mm) by J.Pool, obverse, bust of Tromp facing, armoured and draped, reverse, naval engagement in which Tromp died (Eimer 187, MIi,403/33), a later striking probably 19th century. Pierced at top for swivel mount, nearly extremely fine.
