USA, WWI TRIBUTE MEDAL FOR SERVICES RENDERED AWARDED BY THE CITIZENS OF CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Illinois, 1917-19, reverse engraved to Lewis W.Neal, with pin back ribbon suspender. Very fine and scarce.

Together with copy of Lewis W.Neal’s WWI draft registration card and copy of 1.1.1930 census page for Rantoul Village, Ludlow Township, Champaign County, Illinois. Lewis W.Neal, born 25Apr1896 at Illinois, labourer, census shows him as a labourer, unemployed and as a WWI veteran.
