CHARLES I, (1625 - 1649), Exeter Mint, 1643-1646, silver crown, mm castle/Ex, issued 1645, Lockett 11, obverse III, (29.04 grams), obv. colon stops in legend, rev. mm to right of date, with pellet stops in legend, (S.3061, N.2560, Brooker 1038 [same dies]). Toned, weakly struck in places, irregular shaped flan, otherwise good fine and rare.

Ex Seaby Coins, London, November 1984 and the Cornwall Collection.
