COLONY OF VICTORIA. Land Demise, on vellum, to Duncan Smith, sheep farmer of Coleraine, agricultural land measuring two hundred and thirty five acres one rood and ten perches in the County of Dundas, Parish of Toolka, signed, sealed and dated, Governor Sir Charles Henry Darling, 1st June 1865. Seal cracked on fold, very fine and rare.
