ROMANIA-TRANSYLVANIA, Michael Apafi (1661-1690), silver twelve groschen or zwolfer, 1673, obv. around MI.APAF-.D.G. PT.-* , bust to right with armour, wearing fur hat and sceptre over right shoulder, with his left hand on sword handle, rev. PAR REG H D ET SCG AR 1673, crown above XII and various arms with the sun and eagle left, with star and crescent over seven castles and central crown over tree roots, in the middle helmet with sword, (Resch 158 [p.169], KM. 442). Fine or better, scarce.
