VAN DIEMEN'S LAND, land rental, in vellum to William Bastian, dated 20th November 1845 for a parcel of land fronting Macquarie Street at Hobart Town, for the annual sum of £0.15.0 for an area of thirty perches, with seal and the signature of Sir John Eardley Eardley-Wilmot, Lieutenant Governor of Van Diemen's Land and another of the Colonial Secretary. Very fine and rare.
