VAN DIEMEN'S LAND, land grant, in vellum to Henry Keech, dated 20th July 1839 for a parcel of land between Church and Pedder Streets at Campbell Town, for the sum of £41.0.0 for an area in excess of two acres, with seal and the signature of Sir John Franklin, Lieutenant Governor of Van Diemen's Land and another of the Colonial Secretary. Very fine and rare.
