VAN DIEMEN'S LAND, land rental, in vellum to George Flexmore, dated 28th March 1839 for a parcel of land along Watchorn Street in Hobart Town, for an annual rent of £0.5.0 for an area of ten perches, with seal and the signature of Sir John Franklin, Lieutenant Governor of Van Diemen's Land and another of the Colonial Secretary. Very fine and rare.
