VIETNAM, Annam, Tu Duc (1830-1841), silver ten lang curved bar, not dated, c.1860, (380 grams), obv. three groups of characters on two sides including two cockerels on one side, two characters at one end, with no characters on the upper face and on its base, (cf.Schroeder Pl. LXIV [Minh Mang] and cf.Thierry 'Catalogue des Monnaies Vietnamiennes' Pl.36 No.1854 [Tu Duc] and Thierry, Les Collections Monetaires V241, extra characters). Good very fine and rare.
