NETHERLANDS EAST INDIES, British East India Company issue for Benculen, (settlement established by the British on the southwest coast of Sumatra), copper four keping or cash, dated 72 (probably 1672), (5.86 grams), obv. GCE in orb, (bale mark of the EIC), rev. 4 over 72. Has been roughly conserved, otherwise fine or better, unpublished and apparently unique.
