Rudd", reverse inscribed "Enniskillen Bicycle Club/ 1 Mile Scratch/27th August 1884/1st Prize"; Vigorine Medal (38mm x 32mm, 13.1gms), ring top suspension, obverse hand engraved and inscribed "Vigorine Medal/Presented by/E. Rowlands", reverse inscribed "First Prize/for/One or Two Miles/Roadster/Safety Bicycle Race/Ballarat, 12th Nov. 1887/Won by/E.W. Rudd"; V.C.U. championship medal (16.8gms, 34mm) missing ring top suspension, reverse inscribed "One Mile/Safety Championship/of Victoria/Won by/E.W. Rudd/Dec 6th 1890"; Ballarat (34mm, 10.5gms), ornate ring top suspension, obverse hand engraved, reverse inscribed "Ballarat March 3d 1888/2 Mile Safety Race/1st Prize Won by/E.W. Rudd"; Ballarat (26mm, 10.3gms), ring top suspension, obverse ornately engraved, reverse inscribed "Ballarat/50 Mile Road Race/2nd Prize/won by/E.W. Rudd/24th May 1889"; M.B.C. Australian Safety Championship 2nd Prize (38mm, 12.6gms), ring top suspension, reverse inscribed "Melb/Bicycle Club/Autumn 1891/Won by/E.W. Rudd; M.B.C." (22mm, 8.3gms), pin back, reverse inscribed "M.B.C./Challenge Tandem Match/3 Miles/Won by/E.W. Rudd & Frank Hooper/8th May 97". All handmade but without hallmarks, the sixth with loose central bottom scroll, otherwise very fine and rare. (7)
