COLONY OF VICTORIA. In the Supreme Court of Victoria, Certificate of Discharge and Insolvency Order, handwritten on vellum, in the estate of Benjamin Rogers Brown, Edward Stausfield and Arthur Lincoln Blake, in the City of Melbourne, trading as 'Brown Stausfield and Co.,' in the business of mining and quartz crushing machinery, by the Order of His Honor Robert Molesworth Esq, Judge in the Supreme Court of Victoria placed under sequestration in the hands of the Chief Commissioner of Insolvent Estates, Wrothesley Baptish Noel Esq., sealed and dated 20th September 1870 and 2nd June 1871, with Queen Victoria sixpence, one shilling and (3) five shillings statute stamps affixed. Very fine.
