VX63478 Alan Encell (later known as Henschel) Enl.17Oct1941, Disch.29Jan1946. Served with 2/6th Australian Commando Squadron, operations in Ramu Valley, Moratai and Balikpapan landings. Court Martialed for being AWOL from 27Dec1944-23Feb1945 and for using insubordinate language to his superior Officer 28Feb1945, penalty imposed by the Court for both charges was to suffer field punishment for ninety days and to forfeit all ordinary pay for ninety days, 20 Mar 1945.
