ANGUSSHIRE, Dundee, Swap & Co., halfpenny, 1797 church/ruin, by J. Wright, edge inscription has end of warehouse overlapping (cf D&H 21 bis). Even brown, nearly extremely fine.

Ex W.J. Noble Collection, Sale 58B (lot 1244) and purchased from Spink in 1973.
