MAXIMINUS, (A.D. 235-238), AE sestertius, Rome mint, (16.73 grams), issued 237, obv. IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. P M TR P II COS P P, Emperor standing to left with standard to right and another to left which touches, S C across, (S.8335, RIC 37, C.67). Very fine/good fine with even brown patina, very scarce.

With detailed collector's ticket, and with printed purchase ticket from San Diego Coin & Bullion USA marked at $150.
