CLODIUS ALBINUS, (A.D. 195-197), AE sestertius, Rome mint issued A.D. 194, (22.64 grams), obv. bare head of Clodius Albinus to right, around D CLOD SEPT ALBIN CAES, rev. around MINER PA[CIF] COS II, S C across, Minerva standing to left holding spear shield and olive branch, (S.6151, RIC 54, C.49). With several field knocks on obverse, otherwise fine and rare.
