VAN DIEMEN'S LAND, bill on the English Treasury, Commissariat Office, Hobart Town, 11 August 1829, No.1344, to Mr. Stephen Adey, for ?50.0.0, hand signed by A. Moodie, black on white, unwatermarked paper, for presentation to Whitehall, London, engraved by Samuel Clayton (MVR illustrates a similar example Fig.12 [p.11-12]). Several small holes in the paper, very fine and very rare.
