COLOMBIA, Ferdinand VI, (1746-1759), gold four escudos, (13.39 grams), Nuevo Reino mint (Colombia) struck between 1747-1756, Assayer S, (KM.27 [$2500 F], Cayon type 54, numbers cf.10787, 10799, 10803, 10807, 10811-2, 10815, 10818 various dates [p.1068-9, 2005 edn]). Date off flan as most examples, as struck, very fine but weak in places as usual, very rare.
