JAPAN, Killed in Combat Medal for parents of deceased. In timber case of issue, this has some borer damage, medal uncirculated.
The priests at Yasukani, the national shrine to the war dead, gave this medal to parents who visited the shrine to pray for the souls of their fallen sons.
