BLAXCELL, Garnham, ONE POUND No.(26) Sydney (29th Janry) 1814 I Promise to Pay to Bearer the Sum of ONE POUND Currency on Demand. One P (G. Blaxcell) first type form, probably printed by Sydney Gazette. A full but limp note with minute "pin-holes", otherwise fine and very rare, the only example of this denomination known in private hands.
