NSW GOVERNMENT RAILWAY AMBULANCE CORPS, 1885-1935, to Mr John Parish on the Occassion of the 50th Year of the NSW Government Railyway Ambulance Corps, obverse impressed Hon Life Member J.Parish, reverse dated 1935, in 9ct gold. In original case, one of only eight produced, nearly extremely fine and very rare.

With booklet of historical review and programme of commemoration. In 1935 the surviving eight of the original thirty four were presented with a gold medal and plaque donated by Colonel M.F.Bruxner. The plaque is impressed Upon the Occasion of the Golden Jubilee Railway Ambulance Corps This Honorary Life Membership Medal is Presented by Lieut-Colonel the Hon. M.F.Bruxner D.S.O., M.L.A., Deputy Premier and Minister for Transport to Mr John Parish Who Joined the Corps When Founded in 1885
