Edward Arthur Dowling of Melbourne and John Ramsden of Kew, in the business of a tea merchant, dated 16th January 1899; Articles of Partnership, between Edward Arthur Dowling and John Ramsden, dated 21st May 1900. All handwritten. Very fine. (3)
