Nemesis standing to left, holding scales and sceptre, wheel at her feet, around **NIKOPOLITWN PR* OC ICTP, (S.-, Varbanov 2558 (noted as 18mm), cf.Pick 1345). Even black tone, weak in places, otherwise extremely fine and very rare.
