PAMPHYLIA, Aspendos, (420-400 B.C.), silver stater, (10.736 grams), obv. two naked athletes as wrestlers grasping each other by the hands, plain between, dotted border, rev. slinger advancing to right about to discharge his sling, triskeles before, behind **ESTFEDIIUS*, all within square dotted square, (S.5390, cf.SNG von Aulock 4509, 4531, cf.SNG France 3, 52-57, BMC 18). Slightly off centred and weak in places, otherwise very fine, and scarce.
