CRETE, Itanos, 320-270 B.C., silver hemidrachm, (2.514 grams), obv. head of Athena to left wearing crested Athenian helmet, rev. eagle standing to left looking back to left **ITANIWN* to right Triton all within incuse square, (S.3321, Sv.38 [p.206, pl.xix,21], BMC 15-16 (p.52), SNG Cop. 476, Weber 4508). Toned, good very fine/very fine and very rare.
