Very fine, last two books hard bound, scarce and useful. (3)

The first is an important exhibition catalogue of 1424 ancient Sicilian gold, silver and bronze coins (all illustrated on the 52 plates) of the exhibition of ancient Sicilian coins at the Archaeology Museum in Milan from October 1976 to December 1976. It is an important collection and is of similar format to the SNG's listing and illustration. Every coin has extensive additional references. The second book is a similar collection of 722 Greek coins from Italy and Sicily held at the Historical Museum at Frankfurt am Main. The last book is the catalogue of the collection of Greek coins in the Coin museum at Hannover known as the Kestner Museum. A useful book with some superb coins illustrated.
