HENRY I, (1100-1135), silver penny, Quatrefoil on cross fleury type, Gloucester mint?, issued 1125-1135, (1.38 grams), obv. crowned bust facing, head three-quarters to left with sceptre in right hand, rev. quatrefoil with incurved sides pellets on limbs, and four lis around, around probably +SAEPINE ON GLO[PE] (Sawine of Gloucester mint?), (S.1276, North 871, BMC type xv). Round flan, very fine and rare.

Ex R. Cullum Collection, purchased from B.A. Seaby, Ltd, London, December 31, 1946 for £2.5.0.
