NEW SOUTH WALES, Revenue Branch Colonial Treasury, Sydney, 8 May 1839, receipt for thirty eight pounds eight shillings sterling as a deposit against three hundred and eighty four pounds for purchase of six hundred and forty acres in the County of Bourke @ twelve shillings per acre, signed by the Colonial Treasurer. Very fine and rare.
