GUADELOUPE, British Administration 1811, silver nine livres, a Ferdinand VII Mexico City Mint eight reales 1810 H.I pierced with a central square of 16 crenellations and countermarked on both sides with a crowned G within rectangular indent with bevelled corners (Pr.2; KM.26 this coin). Evenly toned, nearly very fine and rare.

Ex Spink Noble Sale 38 (lot 2076) and previously ex Stacks Sale 8/4/89 (lot 918).
