DOMINICA, 1813 local issues, four bitts, circular segment from a 1798 eight reales or dollar pierced with a hole with 15 crenellations to the inside edge and countermarked with a crowned 4 in a shaped indent edge crudely bevelled and grained (5.54 g) (Pr.28; KM.5). Coin worn, countermark very fine, very rare.
